My name is Karmen. Originally from Ohio, I've moved frequently since 2009 and currently reside in Atlanta, GA.
Joining this community marks a significant step towards fulfilling my purpose: assisting individuals in adopting a healthier lifestyle and achieving weight loss goals without sacrificing the foods they enjoy.
My approach focuses on selecting enjoyable exercises rather than rigid routines, aiming to make the weight loss journey both effective and enjoyable.
Additionally, I am passionate about helping individuals recover from toxic relationships. I guide them through reclaiming their power, enhancing self-love, and developing into secure individuals who attract healthier partners.
