I built an AI Voice Agent for Lay’s Chips to replace the customer service phone number on food packaging. This AI will handle complaints, answer questions, and escalate urgent issues, all automated with AI. This will use Google Sheets to store complaints, feedback, refunds, or replacement requests as a central hub to manage all inquiries. This will also involve emailing the callers and following up with their inquiries. The refunds and replacements will search an order database to verify their purchase and provide details as to when to expect their refund or replacement.
