Partnership with a virtual call-centre
Hey guys, I was approached by a virtual call-centre (actual humans taking calls in the name of hundreds of companies). They want to implement my AI voice automations.
What do you think is the smartest approach in terms of billing? They charge their clients on a price per minute and of course using Vapi or Retell would be way cheaper than actual humans.
Do you think it's best to ask for a one-time setup fee per voice assistant or something like a monthly support fee? How would you go about this?
