HI everyone! Great stuff ! Appreciate being here. I have a question about a flow for a client. (Actually 2 scenarios)
1- Lead comes into GHL >> Lead indicates they would LIKE to book an appointment >> Outbound voice caller to call prospect to book appointment.
2- Lead comes into GHL >> Lead already booked an appointment >> Automatic voice caller to ((do what?)) What can it do here?
How are most people using it in these scenarios? Looking for some ideas...thanks!
