Upload Large Knowledge Base 🧠

How do you guys add websites with lots of sub -links into your knowledge bases?

Trying to use the website as a knowledge base for a chatbot. Now the website has over 50+ sub-links in it as you can see in the picture. Going through each link and copying the data would take a whole lot of time so what would be the most efficient way to get all the data for the knowledge base into the supported formats (e.g pdf/doc/html) as shown on the second picture?
