Hi all, wondering if anyone can shed some light on the following.

Typically price/sf for the following exterior finishes

Brick

Stone

Stucco

Vinyl siding

Composite siding (Hardie)

Metal siding

2. Typical price/sf for Architectural drawings (design/construction drawings). What range have you seen or been quoted?

Full disclosure, I'm a BCIN designer who previously worked with Large Home builders on subdivision sites and was sheltered from the cost side of things. I've since gone out on my own, and am now very much involved in cost planning. Any info you can provide is appreciated!!
