Am I the only one having to dispute so many leads?

I feel like a little checkbox asking if they have an agent would prevent me from having to waste time on lead disputes.

All the Yellow are in dispute....

Green are Refunded...

It's like 50%

Is this normal?

These are all NTSMHF, Has anyone had better luck with Property leads?
