Question About Calculator
Where it says - MAO does that mean that’s our maximum allowed offer ?
And for the - First MAO , is that what we offer them first?
Witch means I offer the $98,014 first and I can go all the way up to $138,014 to have it assigned to a cash buyer for 158k ?
