What do you do if it's listed already?

I got a lead late at night and when i looked up the zestimate it said it was listed 3hrs ago.

Is it even worth reaching out? Should I wait 89 days to see if the listing expires before I reach out? I kind of feel like its a waste of a lead because people who didn't pay for the lead are probably going to wait out her contract with her agent...So it would be like $75 skip trace for a lead everybody got...
