This has been impactful for my life due to the simple fact that my first reaction usually is not the one I wanted in the first place.
This can be used for when you are sad, mad, happy, bored.
Regulate what you are are about to say and how you will say it before saying it.
Sometimes you will even realize that you actually don't have anything to say at all.
