Getting very excited to start this cut. I downloaded the materials and as I'm reviewing the protien to fat ratios, I see I really dont understand and am anxious for some clarity. I dont really struggle to get in enough protein or fat, I dont think, however the combinations I'm eating dont seem to be working for me to lose the 15 lbs I've gained over the last year or so after maintaining my 45lb weight loss from 5 years ago.
