Ingredients:
16 oz. Salmon
16 oz. Bacon (8 strips, halved)
Redmond's Real Salt & Black Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Cut the salmon into 16 pieces (陆 ounce cubes). Cut strips of bacon in half.
- Wrap each with half a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Season with S & P.
- Turn off one burner on the grill. Place the salmon on the grill above the burner that is off. Cooking indirectly helps to prevent a grease fire.
- Grill for about 8-10 minutes. As soon as the bacon is crispy and the salmon is 125 degrees they are done.
