I guess this is both a win and a woe 😀
I'm working on a project for a client at the moment and was wondering if anyone can share some thoughts/ has a view.... They've asked me to create a "custom knowledge base" with approx 100-150 different sales case studies that they have- mainly in .mp3 format.
They use Slack as a company and so would like to integrate this with Slack and create a channel where the sales staff can go in and ask the custom knowledge base questions ahead of client calls.
Ideally they'd like to be served 2-3 of the most relevant case studies for their client scenario and then to be able to interrogate the data further and ask follow on questions. They have a pretty specific list of things they'd like to be served in each case study.
I built a prototype that they're excited about using a KB in Voiceflow BUT I don't think the voiceflow KB is powerful enough to handle 150 case studies....
Will a custom Knowledge Base GPT be able to fit the bill and do what they require or do you guys think OR do you think using a programme like Flow Wise is a better option?
I guess it all comes down to:
- If the ChatGPT KB can handle 150 2 page PDF case studies and if you're able to ask follow up questions about a specific case study
- Ease of integrating with Slack
- Cost of running with Open AI VS Flow Wise
