Hey team, let me know in the comments, 3 things that have gone well this week, or 3 things you feel grateful for. For me: 1. Starting to feel healthier again after 4 or 5 weeks struggling to get over covid 2. Working on an exciting collaboration which will encompass both mental and physical fitness 3. In Glasgow today it's pretty cold but beautifully sunny, that's some of my favourite weather, so that put a smile on my face this morning Let me know what your wins of the week have been

Getting shit done / Productivity Call at 10am
I'll be running a Getting Shit Done Call at 10am this morning. We'll follow a simple structure to help do a brain dump of everything you need to get done, prioritise those things and identify the first step to get started. Introducing me!
Just popping in to do my intro post - don't be too shocked Simon! I'm Kerry-Anne, and I run Toucan Web Design & Marketing - mainly new websites and search engine optimisation - the nerdy stuff! 3 things I want to get out of this group - Learn some of Simons tips & tricks, Engage in a different space & basically get more organised. 3 things I can contribute - Anything to do with websites - if you've got one and got any questions I can help. Sounds like 1 thing though, but I can contribute lots sorry! 1 thing I'm proud of - Word of mouth - I LOVE IT when I get recommended, means I'm doing a good job and that matters to me - a lot! Hopefully I can remember to try and engage - really hard when I'm so busy! Thanks for the group Simon.

Thank you Simon for creating this group. Thought I put together a post to say hello and introduce myself to the group. To answer Simons three questions. 1- I am looking to gain deeper insights my own value and priorities. Meet new people who are trying to grow and improve. 2 - I am Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, so if you have any questions around your fitness/health/nutrition would be more than happy to have a chat. 3 - I am proud that I am able to help people in a profound and meaningful way, I really love my job and seeing the progress that is made due to the hard work and dedication that people are capable.
