Introduction
Hi everyone,
I live with my ex, although sleep in different rooms. We have 3 kids, and financially cannot afford to live separately.
I have been discarded, and messed about with over the last 3 years. I have learnt a lot about narcissism over this time, and it has helped me a lot, and although it helps, the struggle with PTSD weighs heavily on me each day.
Does this resonate with anyone?
It is hard to take, the abandonment, being treated like a stranger, the silent treatment etc.
I wanted to share a brief insight into my situation, thank you everyone for taking the time to read it.
