How I made $3,000 from a free Skool community
This 3 step marketing plan was inspired by who won 1st place in the February Skool Games.
He said that the #1 thing in business is telling people about your stuff (I’m paraphrasing).
But my big problem was consistency.
When I got my first client I stopped marketing.
Won’t be stopping that again 🤦‍♂️
So here’s my 3 step marketing plan I used to grow my skool group from 0 members
(and how I made $3,000 along the way).
~
Step 1: Get Social Proof (20 members)
My first 20 members were from my warm market (people I know in real life).
This was only for social proof so my group wasn’t empty.
Step 2: Get Qualified Members (20-150)
The Group Strategy got me my first 150 members + $3,000+ in sales.
Plus I refined my offer to fit the needs of my market better.
If I had to do it again, the only thing I would change is start making content sooner.
Step 3: Do more.
This is where I am now.
The group strategy is great, but it’s best if paired with content (or another strategy like ads, or DMs).
So now I’m doing what @joonas mengel did.
60 days of 5 reels/day.
This is what it takes.
~
I’m starting easy, making a journal of what I’m doing and learning daily.
Just being real.
I’ve already started to get into the habit.
And I signed a contract with myself to make sure I stick with it.
It’s gonna be hard, but so worth it.
Who’s headed to the moon with me?
