I NEED HELP

Can someone let me know how I can improve my group? I run a group helping car salesman make 100/k per year. I've had people joining but am having trouble people being active? What am I missing? I launched my first course in the group yesterday because 1 member had requested it? I have a youtube channel where people are joining from currently?
