Members Want To Upgrade - But Can't
Hey! Hope someone can help me with this questions.
I am running a Black Friday deal on our annual membership until the end of the month. I am also contacting existing members to encourage them to sign up for the annual deal, as it’s more beneficial for them.
However, they are unable to do so—they only see the old annual price and don’t have the option to upgrade to the deal.
Is this a bug, or do I need to ask them to leave and rejoin to get the deal? (That wouldn’t be ideal, haha.)
