What's Your Split?
Hey guys, I'm hoping to hear from some classmates bout what splits you guys use and what you think has been most effective for your own progress. I currently do a 3 day split of Chest/shoulders/bi, Back/tri, and legs/arms, and have been really liking it. (Bi/tri are in the right place here.)
