So the last poll on clinical discussion landed on Knee Pain and their differential diagnoses…

Patient comes in.
Antalgic gait.
Complains of “pain on the outside of my knee” and points vaguely to the lateral aspect of the knee.
No visible swelling. No visible bruising.
