Hi CC Team,

Thank you for creating a great community for e-commerce brands. I have a few questions:

1) What would be the ideal org chart structure for a media team within an e-commerce company doing 5 vs 10 vs 20 mill revenue be e.g 1 media manager , 5 junior video editors and so forth.

a) How does CC structure their media team?

2) Do you prefer to hire someone with all the skills already or hire someone with no experience but is willing to learn.

3) Where is the best place to hire top tier talent in the media space?

4) What is the most efficient content creating process/system and what platforms do you use e.g. Trello, Notion etc
