cookiecutter error in git bash

hi, I am currently looking for a project structure for my first project and I already tried using cookiecutter as recommended in the classroom. but I think I encountered some problems. after I install cookiecutter with "pip install cookiecutter" at git bash and run it using "$ cookiecutter https://github.com/drivendata/cookiecutter-data-science" and "$ ccds https://github.com/drivendata/cookiecutter-data-science" as the instruction on the website. but it always says that command not found like:

bash: cookiecutter: command not found

bash: ccds: command not found

please help thanks
