lost!

hello, Im a junior studying computer science and i really want to expand my knowledge and improve my cv. Im so lost on what to do and where to start and how to learn!!!

I want to make a phone application that has AI features in it ( for example something like the mathway application where i take a photo of a math solution and it analysis it ad solves it ), however I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START and what course to take that will teach me and help me build my project. I would extremely appreciate if someone guides me and helps me start on this project that i have in mind 🫤
