We Are Ocean

Hey guys,

It’s been a great week of connection, adventure and fun. I am working with the non profit organization, We Are Ocean, that offers young adult cancer survivors a place to meet other survivors, adventure into the unknown and connect to nature. Yesterday we kayaked the caves of Santa Cruz Island at Channel Islands National Park. Today we spent the afternoon at Refugio State Beach. I taught yoga and did a sound meditation tonight it was epic.

All my focus has been on this camp and I will be back in full swing by Thursday. Can’t wait to connect 🤙
