When to present upsells to your client?
Hey Y'all! I was thinking about upsells and how they've been a huge revenue booster for our company, especially in the past few years. With that being said, I was wondering, when do y'all typically bring up an upsell opportunity to your clients; Is it before the detail, in the middle, after the detail, and or a combination of the three?
We've found doing it before and in the middle of the detail are the best for our company, as it gives a clear picture to the customer of what the expectation will be!
