In this drill work on refusing the screen and getting to your shot quick
3 key things to focus on here
- Attack the screen hard like you plan on going off of it regularly
- Cross over or whatever move you want to refuse the screen (stay low and sell the move)
- Quickly get into your shot and hold the follow through
Reps: Make 10 in 3 spots (both wings and top of the key)
