Accommodation Advice
Salaam all,
Following on from my previous introduction post, wheels are now in motion for the move to the UAE.
Visiting as a family in November (with wife and 2 kids) and then I will be moving over in January in sha Allah before the family join me.
Looking for some advice around accommodation.
Firstly, are there any sites where we can arrange a short term rental for c. 3 months, other than Airbnb?
This allows us to settle into UAE life and essentially 'trial' it, and look around and assess all residence options properly
Secondly, once we have been out there for a few months and got used to life, we will then be looking to move in to our own place (post Ramadan once back from UK for Eid).
Which areas would you recommend for a family of 4?
Kids are both young so not at school age
Open to flats or townhouses
Willing to go up to 150k - 175k AED max for the year.
Area wise I am open to suggestions as all I know are the touristy hotspots.
Would appreciate any help, Jazak'Allah!
