Dubai Property Investment
Any investors or soon-to-be investors around? I know a brother who wants to invest around 350k AED into the ready/secondary market.
My advice to him so far is to get a studio in either:
- Silicon Oasis
- Liwan
- IMPZ (production city)
Am I missing anything? Where would you park that money?
