Not only that, you realize that to get slim, you need to spend hours figuring out the best systems to achieve it, months trying and failing, and waste tons of opportunities to lose the desired weight faster.
The worst part is you know that you are capable of being fit, energetic, and feeling good in your body, but you can't seem to break through the barrier of comfort or stress that holds you in your current situation.
I have been there, and it sucks. I struggled with the following:
- bad sleep
- low energy throughout the day
- stubborn fat on specific body parts
