So for this last 2 weeks I have been focusing in portion control and not eating after 8pm. It used to be 7pm but when the excessive heat hit us, no one wanted to eat or even be awake for it. So I have been making large meals between 10pm and 4am. Then things are cooled and packaged up, some for the the fridge and the next day, and some go into the freezer for future use.
