World Mental Health Day –  It’s okay to be “happy”, it’s up to you!
There’s too much propaganda in the world telling people it’s “okay, not to be ok” which I agree with to a point. Take time to do the work with a therapist, not with the meds. Watch YouTube videos on how to be present and how to reprogram your thinking, because the “meds” change everything in your biochemistry and all of them have suicidal ideation as a side effect.
