Before and after
I did a side by side comparison of before I started working out to now, and I’ve come a long way! Progress photos really do help, It shows you how much progress you’ve made. Don’t be ashamed to take photos of yourself for reference to go back on, and say "hey I really am making progress" Because sometimes to you might think your not making improvements or still looking the same, but when you compare side by side photos it helps. Train hard!!!

Starting a new program
This morning I did back and biceps. I do mostly calisthenics, so I recently downloaded this app called Thenx. It’s by my favorite calisthenics YouTuber Chris Heria. The workouts are legit. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to try it out!
