Hiring a funnel designer

Hi guys, any newbie funnel designers (VA designers) from India here? I'd need some help in a few funnel/website design projects, however the client's budget is on the lower end. Thereby, it is absolutely alright if you're starting out, since I'd be structuring and strategizing everything but just need some help in putting things together. If you're comfortable with hourly pay, that'd be great because I'd need a bit of help with smaller aspects of multiple projects and it would be easier to calculate on an hourly basis.
