After seeing @Lori Martinez & @Elizabeth Wuol ask about training his setter I thought I would make a post that might benefit others who have setters burn through their leads.

So I put together a 44 page setter training that we give to our setters to ramp them up as quickly as 7 days without having them burn through leads until “they get the hang of it” on their own.
