Should I keep my VA, give her a chance or get a new one? 😩
Hello everyone! So… I’m one month into FBA Canada and decided to hire a VA to help me with product sourcing as I worked full time and I manage the rest of the responsibility with FBA, (in store sourcing, packing, shipping, listing, etc etc) plus I have another gig. So, I hired an “experienced” VA focusing on product leads, however, 1-week job with only one task (sourcing) she was only able to give me 2 product leads to test - I understand the challenge that comes with product sourcing, and she’s extending her time for me and not charging me as she feels bad about it and I told her I appreciate her effort, however, I’m running a business that involves $$$, the goal is to make a profit (not rushing) but also I’m re-evaluating few things here:
🤔-should I keep her and give her time to prove herself? (based on her CV, she has 7 years of experience in e-commerce hence her rate is higher than less seasoned ones)
🤔-how effective are the “leads list” groups, maybe it’s better to subscribe to them instead of paying a VA with double the amount of the membership. 🤔
🤔-is there a legit support groups focus on product leads for free or little fee and where do I find them?🤔
Any input will be much appreciated.
