PFC Every 3 is simply eating every 3 hours with a balance of your favorite protein, fat and carbs.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 𝟑. 𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐍⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ We all fall off plan!
