Tom I have some questions I was hoping you could answer.
How can you fix internal tibial torsion? (with internally rotated knees of course) Do I have to work on external hip rotation? Mind you I don’t have flat feet
Also could you give us some tips on how to strengthen the QL muscle? Thanks in advance!!
