Fitpros 2023 Goal Setting worksheet
Yesterday I sat down and planned out my entire 2023.
I also reconnected with the reason I started doing all of this in the first place.
It's no secret that without a clear why, a clear vision and a clear plan you're destined to spin your wheels.
I've been using the same planning tool for the last 3 years (it's very cool to read through all of the past yearly maps each year).
