Difficulties to talk with clubs

Hello everyone,

I would like to get some advice from all of you.

I noticed that clubs are very short in their response sometimes (if they even response at all). Sometimes they also react really fast, which tells me they do not even look at the players you send to them. Any advice how to deal with this. It is getting really frustrating to deal with to be honest.
