Greetings all: new member Mark Bissell currently serving as Fractional Chief Customer Officer
After 25 years in SaaS companies' post-sales and operational leadership roles, I have started a consulting and coaching practice. I will wrap up my first fractional Chief Customer Officer (CCO) role in December. In addition to consulting, I've been doing some coaching/advising for start-up leaders and will begin a formal coaching certification with the Hudson Institute for Coaching in November.
I've really enjoyed aspects of the fractional role and am debating how I will balance my time on a go-forward basis. I appreciate Renee's invitation to the Network and look forward to getting to know people here.
