Introducing Ben Baker - Fractional Chief Communications Officer
Hello everyone, and thanks to Renee for introducing me to the network. My name is Ben Baker, and I have been a Fractional Internal Communications Leader for more than 25 years now. I specialize in mid-to-large B2B organizations where things are bent, broken or bedlam. My goal is, as Stephen Covey says, to "seek first to understand and then to be understood."
I believe that systems, processes, and people need to be considered equally when assessing, strategizing, and fixing challenges.
