I'm the founder of Functional Authority LLC, helping clients develop informed decision-making authority across all areas of their businesses. I’m partnering with non-profits, small businesses, and start-ups, designing roadmaps to go from “point A” to “point B” with their marketing operations.

This includes systems (tools, talent, trajectory), awareness (what they want to be known for and how audiences find them), and analytics (measuring impact). I have found success with organizations that do not have in-house/full-time marketing employees yet, but hope to build toward that direction. That's why I'm an advocate for fractional business solutions.

Having worked in non-profits for nearly a decade, then working in agencies, I know first-hand the impact that comes from ineffectiveness… and the invisible cost of inefficiency.
