Vacation / sick time?
Hi all! Inspired by 's latest post about structuring your time as a Fractional, I'm curious how you think about time off when setting your rates with clients. I am still newer to this, and am in the process of moving from an hourly to retainer model with current and future clients. I've really struggled with how to consider this time -- do you still charge your normal retainer rate if you have time away planned? Give some kind of lower rate for that particular month? I appreciate all of your insight!
