I got inspired by Naval
He said he would meditate for 1 hour per day and reach "Inbox zero" in his mind in a bit less then 60 days.
So I'm gonna see if I can do the same
Currently I'm on day 10/60 and I'm also keeping track of my findings with a questionnaire that I got from a friend who studies neuroscience.
Instructions are simple: Do nothing
Don't put effort into anything don't put effort against anything. Don't focus on your breath.
Just sit down with your eyes closed, see what comes up.
