What should I do if the lead says they are not ready?
A:
This is what I do when organizing leads I'm managing for future follow up. If someone says they aren't ready, just got into a lease, or already bought, switch their campaign to a blank campaign that's labeled accordingly. It doesn't put them in any follow up, just makes them easier to find and "BULK EDIT," in the future. That way at the beginning of the month, you can start creating more campaigns for a 2nd swing at the client who told you "not yet."
I am even starting to create campaigns with automatic rebuttals like if someone said "already bought," I will say thanks let me know if you want a mortgage check then put them in an automatic REFI pitch that doesn't send the next message until 6 months later
