Ok so I uploaded 571 contacts. Not all of them have phone numbers and I know things can be slow. Some may have hit spam blockers on their texts and in their emails so I wasn't expecting anything great. Here's my response rate so far: 25 said no they're not looking to buy or sell (they went into the blank campaign so that I don't contact them again for a while, 1 wants to hold off because of the market conditions, 1 wants to move out of state and asked me for a referral/advice but I have yet to get a response of where she wants to move to, 1 bought a house, 2 others are still looking but haven't responded to my response. So 30 out of that pile for less than a day is pretty good in my book.
