We've all been told to drink plenty of water.
And, we're likely familiar with the diuretic effect of tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. πŸ«– β˜• 🍻
While drinks other than water can also provide hydration, these often contain calories, sugar, carbohydrates and/or caffeine.
