Let's wet our whistle with beverages and talk about hydration.
We've all been told to drink plenty of water.
And, we're likely familiar with the diuretic effect of tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. π« β π»
While drinks other than water can also provide hydration, these often contain calories, sugar, carbohydrates and/or caffeine.
Aim to consume half your body weight daily.
Today drink at least 3 full glasses of water.
Start right now if possible.
