The five key elements influencing your energy
1. Thoughts: including your words, which are the amplified energy of your thoughts, and your beliefs: the thoughts which you assume to be truth.
2. Emotions: the way you feel from moment to moment, but also your stored, unresolved emotions. Emotions that were not resolved and released are stored in your energy body.
3. Values: what is important to you, ordered in priority; and how you distinguish between right and wrong, every day.
4. Awareness: what you are aware of right now; your focus and your viewpoint.
5. Actions: what you do, and what you don't do, because inaction is also a form of action.
These five elements interact with one with another, influencing each another, forever tweaking and changing your energetic field.
