Dissolving Wyoming LLC
Hello,
how to correctly dissolve Wyoming LLC? In the start of the year I should close the LLC with the state and file a Final tax return + FBAR until April 15? In the Final tax return should be all transaction even if they happened in January 2025?
Is possible to dissolve a LLC in any part of the year, or only until April 15?
