I got 2 sales today on my Etsy shop and finally found a bit of a “method” right before Mother’s Day. First shop will be closing soon and have definitely learned a lot from this first go at it. I started about 2 months ago and have been working pretty much everyday after work. The most important things I learned: using Etsy, google and Pinterest ads will bring tons of traffic to your site. However TikTok shop and TikTok promotion videos seemed to get me more actual sales. I didn’t do much on TikTok live but plan to use it more in the future because it was successful for the small time I did. The final thing I realized is this is very easy. Honestly if you follow the guides and put the time in you will succeed. I work a manual labor job for 40 hours a week and worked at least one day of overtime on the weekend while doing this. At this point I just need to refine my process and figure out how to be more efficient and market better.
